The online preview is designed to give you a good indication of how your finished product will look, but there may be small differences in colour, placement and finish.
Natural materials such as timber, slate and leather can vary in colour, grain and texture, which also affects how they engrave. For example, laser engraving on timber will not always appear as a perfectly solid black because the final colour depends on the individual piece of wood.
Printed colours may also look slightly different in person compared with how they appear on your screen. Each product is made individually, so small variations are normal and part of what makes personalised products unique.
Yes, where the product allows it. You can upload your own photos, logos or artwork directly into the online designer and position them within the available design area.
For the best result, use a clear, high-quality image wherever possible. Very small, blurry or low-resolution files may not reproduce well, particularly when printed at a larger size.

Each product has a set design area based on where we can safely print or engrave it. You can move and resize your text, images and artwork within that space using the online designer.
If you need a design that extends beyond the available area, uses a different placement or requires something the designer doesn’t allow, get in touch. It may still be possible as a custom fabrication order.
Yes. If each item needs a different name, photo or design, customise each version separately and add it to your cart.
For larger orders with lots of different names, numbers, artwork or other variable information, contact us first. A custom order may be easier and more cost-effective than creating every item individually through the online designer.
