Will I get a preview of my custom design?
Yep! I’ll send you a mock-up for approval before I go ahead with custom jobs. No surprises, no regrets. Don't want one? absolutely fine! You can be as involved as much or as little as you'd like throughout the design process.
What materials do you use?
For 3D prints, I use PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU, and other specialty filaments depending on what you need — strength, flexibility, weather resistance, or just a cool finish.
Laser engraving covers wood, acrylic, glass, slate, stainless steel and more. If it sits still and doesn’t bite, I can probably engrave it.
I source all my products and materials right here in Australia where possible.
Can I Return my product?
Personalised items are made just for you, so returns aren't offered unless an item arrives damaged.
If something does arrive damaged, contact me within 10 days of delivery at DCALcreate@gmail.com. Include photos of the item and packaging to assess the issue. Once approved, I'll send return instructions.

How long will my order take?
Most items are made to order. I aim to ship everything within 3–5 business days. Big jobs or fully custom pieces might take a little longer, but I’ll always give you an ETA.
