We ship across Australia via Australia Post and selected courier services. Local delivery may be available in some areas.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days
Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available)

Orders are processed 6 days a week (excluding Sundays)
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Custom or personalised items may require additional processing time depending on complexity — if this applies, we’ll keep you informed

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery address
Free shipping may be available on select products or during promotional periods

While we dispatch orders promptly, delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside our control, including:

If your order arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible here.

For damaged items, include clear photos of the item and packaging
For missing parcels, we’ll assist with carrier investigations and work with you to resolve the issue

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
