How Your Stickers Are Cut
These are printed white vinyl stickers with a contour cut around each design.
The contour cut will follow the general outer shape of your image or design rather than cutting around every tiny detail.
For example:
- A logo will generally be cut around the outside shape of the complete logo.

A group of text will be supplied as one sticker around the whole word or phrase, rather than every individual letter being cut separately.
- Designs with detailed or irregular edges may include a small border to allow for a clean, reliable cut.
If you specifically need individual vinyl letters, separate design elements or a transfer-style decal with no surrounding white vinyl, that requires a different production method. Get in touch for a custom order and we can make it the right way.
Looking for Transfer Stickers or Vinyl Lettering?
Transfer decals are different from printed stickers.
With a transfer decal, individual vinyl letters or shapes are held together with application tape so the entire design can be positioned at once. Once applied, the transfer tape is removed, leaving only the vinyl design on the surface with no printed white sticker background around it.
Transfer decals are ideal for:
- Business names and logos
- Window lettering
- Vehicle or toolbox graphics
- Signage
- Individual words and lettering
- Simple single-colour graphics

Remember that the preview shows your printed sticker design — the final contour cut will follow the general outer shape of each sticker rather than individually cutting every element within the design.
