Returns Policy
Personalised items are made just for you, so we don’t offer returns for change of mind.
However, if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the approved design, you’re entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery — ideally within 14 days — with photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
Double-check your order
We create items exactly as submitted. Please review spelling, names, and selections carefully before placing your order.
If an error is made in the details provided at checkout, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement. If the mistake is ours, we’ll fix it — no stress.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable items (change of mind)
We do not accept returns for change of mind on:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges for change of mind on personalised products.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the approved design, we’ll organise a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalise the refund.
