Slate and bamboo are natural materials, so colour, grain, texture and surface markings will vary slightly from piece to piece. These natural differences are part of the character of the product and mean no two boards will be exactly identical.
Your board will be engraved using the design you approve in the preview, so take a quick moment to double-check names, spelling, dates and layout before ordering. If you're unsure about something, get in touch before placing your order — we're happy to help.
Hand wash only and dry promptly after use. Avoid soaking the bamboo or placing the board in the dishwasher. Slate can be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth.
