Do you do custom orders?
Yep! Most of what I make is custom in some way. Whether it’s a personalised name, a specific design, or something totally made-from-scratch, just get in touch and I’ll help bring your idea to life.
Will I get a preview of my custom design?
Yep! I’ll send you a mock-up for approval and edits before going ahead with custom jobs — no surprises, no regrets.
Don’t want one? That’s fine too. You can be as involved as much (or as little) as you like.
How long will my order take?
Most items are made to order. I aim to ship everything within 2–4 business days. Larger or fully custom pieces may take a little longer — I’ll always give you an ETA if that’s the case.
Can I pick up my order?
Sure can! Pick-up is available from Yarrawonga. Once you checkout using a local address, the Yarrawonga pick-up option will appear at shipping
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Absolutely. Everything is shipped Australia-wide via AusPost. Local pick-up and delivery options are also available.

What materials do you use?
For 3D printing, I use PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU, and other specialty filaments depending on what you need — whether that’s strength, flexibility, weather resistance, or just a cool finish.
Laser engraving covers wood, acrylic, glass, slate, stainless steel, and more. If it sits still and doesn’t bite, I can probably engrave it.
Where possible, I source materials from local or Australian businesses.
What can I do if my item arrives damaged?
I’m human, and sometimes weird things happen between packing and delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at DCALcreate@gmail.com, including photos of the item and packaging so I can assess the issue. Once approved, I’ll send return instructions.

What if I changed my mind?
Personalised items are made just for you, so I don’t offer returns unless an item arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved design.
