Do you do custom orders?

Yep! Most of what I make is custom in some way. Whether it’s a personalised name, a specific design, or something totally made-from-scratch, just get in touch and I’ll help bring your idea to life.

What materials do you use?

For 3D prints, I use PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU, and other specialty filaments depending on what you need — strength, flexibility, weather resistance, or just a cool finish.

Laser engraving covers wood, acrylic, glass, slate, stainless steel and more. If it sits still and doesn’t bite, I can probably engrave it.

How long will my order take?

Most items are made to order. I aim to ship everything within 3–5 business days. Big jobs or fully custom pieces might take a little longer — I’ll always give you an ETA.

Can I pick up my order?

Sure can! Pickup is available from Yarrawonga — I’ll message you the details when it’s ready.

Will I get a preview of my custom design?

Yep! I’ll send you a mockup for approval before I go ahead with custom jobs. No surprises, no regrets.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Absolutely. Everything is shipped from regional VIC using AusPost or Sendle, or Local pick up and deliver is available

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

I'm human, and sometimes weird things happen between packing and delivery. If there’s a problem, just message me and I’ll make it right.
